Very nice. Serious writing, REAL writing. I hope there are many chapters.

Ghastly place to leave us, though I was anticipating being left before we got that delectable shower scene. It really gives us a hard look at exactly why some semblance of feelings is developing in his cold and lonely heart. Poor dear; must have been so nervous with him in the shower. Doing it countless times with other patients (while awkward at first, you get over it) is NOT the same as having the man you thought dead; that man in particular with all his past entanglements in your life, definitely not the same as having him as the patient no matter how hard you try to pretend he's just another patient. I do like that he's talking more. And oh I can only hope that his bodily responses to her massage are as embarrassing as I imagine them to be (honestly thought the scalp massage combined with the heated shower was going to do it) so that when he does heal up (because you do intend to heal him up...right?) when he does heal up- that will be a nice moment to have to live back on...the soft smooth warm hands massaging his terribly aching muscles that inadvertently lead to an erection; or an ejaculation. Oh I'm getting the naughties just waiting for this next chapter!! Work faster, woman, pretty please? Much love,

This is wonderfully tender. I don't mind that we are starting slow, I love the character development. It's so realistic.

I too am not a fan of the repeating story. I waited eagerly for a new chapter in this story, and at first was disappointed that it appeared to be merely a repeat of what I'd previously read only through his eyes. Though his eyes did offer a very interesting appeal to it, and I did find the memories/dreams whatever he's experiencing in the italics, to be somewhat rewarding. I guess I am just too eager to see your progression with this. Your fitting descriptions of his internal monologue were worth a good chuckle and once again your descriptions were priceless. Now, please hurry the heck up and get us the next installment, I check every day when I slide in late from the office (sometimes while at the office) to see how this is going to unfold. You've got me on the seat of the chair, waiting to find out what good mission he's on, how exactly she's going to explain all of this to Ron (though from your characterization of him, I doubt he'd notice while being tuned into the tube) and how this is going to work out for Severus. Another excellently penned chapter (even if it wasn't much new to go with) and I eagerly await the next one!
