Oh wow, this story is FILTHY! Can't believe I write this, but I totally approve :-) I also enjoy the dry asides and one-liners you put in that make the whole depraved mess a bit more than this total PWP. Some are totally hilarious.
I second the remaining Marauders finally getting theirs by serving as Snape's slaves: I'm sure he'd especially enjoy training, humiliating or using them to work out his frustations as his whipping boys. He could train them as his personal set of tame dogs too (as they're already halfway there with animagus and creature-forms), boot slaves, human furniture ect. Something properly humiliating to make up for his own torment at their hands!
Uhm, with the Chosen One, and so many students, teachers (+ in future the politically powerful headmaster as you foreshadowed) as his personal slaves or loyal followers (the Slytherin students) it makes no sense for Severus to follow Voldemort anymore!
His side is getting much more powerful than the few dozen DEs (+ their children serve HIM already!), why wouldn't he size power himself?! He has no advantage from being obedient to Voldi when he becomes now much more powerful, is much cleverer and a proven better strategist. Especially since Tom is insane and has lost most of his brains along with his humanity in his quest for immortality.... Severus should easily be able to keep him in the dark before disposing of him (using loyal to only him secret weapon HARRY perhaps?) to rule himself.
I guess the pureblood-superiority isn't really Snape's own religion as a very powerful half-blood? Sounds more like he uses a well-known belief and concept for his own gains, smirking inwardly about himself controlling muggle-, half- AND purebloods. Not unlike snake-face: only more cunning and sane ;-)
I think in order to secure his powerbase, influence and later control the ministry he should enslave Aurors Tonks and Shacklebolt. Perhaps finishing with LME-head/Minister Scrimgour? He could either let slave!Scrimgeour be Minister to fool people or take over himself openly. I bet after he'd finished Voldi the population would be grateful and awed enough to beg him to rule them even without candy-influence.
Snape should definitely get Lucius! Not just for the hotness ;-) He's easily controlled by more powerful wizards despite the facade, not very good at plotting, devoted to his family and would probably even without candy be grateful to get away from Voldi or Azkaban (depending how you play it in your fic. Either way by now Severus looks probably a better Master even without being mind-controlled once Lucius realizes how powerful his friend is becoming - and that Draco is already loyal to him!) And it would be a delicious irony if the older, socially higher-ranking acquaintance of Snape's youth would now serve as his own personal slave, getting his kicks from being used as a cock-slave and totally dominated by his younger half-blooded Master, THE ultimate Slytherin.
