Nice little snippet. It was certainly a Slytherin glimpse.
I liked the way it sort of bounced through the week, instead of dragging on a day-by-day. While I might wonder about the specifics, I can guess that they're arguing about the "same old things."
I also found the transition between the drinking and the nudity scene interesting - almost as if I were getting a glimpse of a memory of it; not quite remembering how I got from drinking and snuggling to complacent obedience.
My favorite line though, was: "my Mother did drink with me until she was 3 month pregnant" ... this explains quite a bit about him.
Overall, it works quite well for a short glimpse of the beginning of their marriage.
