I feel so bad for Max. I hope his mother can finally come to her senses or his fathers make something happen. I fear this will cause more complications with Richard.
I felt so sad at the end for Severus. I hope he is reunited with Reg.

P.S. The only thing that confused me was this sentence, "He knew this was his ending, he had nothing left tying him to this world except a grown godson in Blaise and a self-taken on ward in Potter, who was also grown." I believe you meant Draco as his godson. Just thought you'd like to know.

I'm so happy the boys are done with there exams and can now enjoy life in a more regular environment. Poor Max having to go through wi his threats in even a "fake" manner has devastated everyone but we can only be hopeful their plan will work. I cried when Severus died because I kept hoping that something would spark an interest in him again but he has lived for so long without his mate and only painful questions in his heart. Now that his questions are answered his heart has emptied as well as his soul. May he find peace in his next grand adventure.

I'm sorry you lost someone precious to you. Our animals can often feel like our children especially when they've been a part of your life for so long. I thank you for taking the time to post and hope you take time for yourself to grief and find comfort where you can!
