i'm going to see how it plays out then give my opinion but i was kind of hoping it would be a draco/harry/blaise without an OC but it was kind of obviouse that was the direction it was going in from reading the comment replys

XD i'm kidding, no, but uhm so who's the third guy? Your really bringing in a new OC for Harry's mate (either that or Blaise and Draco are being idiot to not meantion his name)? Sorry but haven't i warned you that OC's are very easy at making a story conviluted? Why wouldn't Harry mate with someone he already knew?

I'm not sure how I feel about the twist. On the one hand, the heat scene was hot, there's no doubt in my mind about that. And seeing both Draco and Blaise enter Harry at the same time is something I haven't seen in any other fan fic, so you get my points for originality on that one. But then there is the side of me that feels bad for Draco. It was his first heat with Harry and it was...shared? Is that the right word? Anyway, I'm sitting astride the fence at the moment, waiting to see what comes next before I pass judgement on if I love or hate the marmite chapter.
I found this story by accident, and I don't usually read threesome fics, but this one really drew me in. Every time I see that there's a new chapter up I do a little dance of glee. And then once I finish reading the new chapter, rereading it at least twice, and then rereading my fave bits from all chapters, I then curse you because my own readers are waiting for a new chapter of my fics, and you've managed to distract me out of another five hours of writing time.
Ah well, such is this life of a fan fic writer.

Heyyy, it's me again! xD So I reread the chapter, and I still reserve the right to change my answer if my hypothesis is not correct. BUT I'm assuming what happened is that while Harry's Draken was rejecting Draco, he choose a new mate. (Either Max or Nasta, judging from the biting and my hopefulness it was Nasta) IF that's what happened (or similar) and we KNOW this mate then I'm totally in love with this twist. If this is some new strange Draken that we've never met and there's a totally bizarre "Harry Potter does the impossible" reason behind this then

Hn. Well. I must admitt, I was thinking a third mate would join in on this cycle, but then you went and told someone that Drackens only take one new mate per cycle. Still, with Harry's Dracken starting to reject Draco, I was rather pondering if Max or Nasta might make an uninvited appearance. Not sure how I feel about a complete unknown, though. And with Draco and Blaise not know the new mate, he is an unknown.
Oh, you went there! Double-penetration. [shivers] Oh, so wicked, but oh, so ouchie, too! ^_^ For a moment, I feared you were going to try for triple-pen. Talk about a splinching ache! Thanks for not going *there*.
I think people were voting for Max and Nasta because of how they were reused in the story, often making appearances. Plus, Max has a bit of a sad story with how he was rejected as a younger buck. I did kind of wonder though, what those dominants with careers will do if they're chosen. And, really, how can they afford to take such long sabaticals from their jobs?
I'm confused by an author's response. The whole purpose of cycles in any creature is reproduction. Why would Harry go through a heat cycle if he wasn't fertile? That doesn't seem to make sense. I could understand how some cycles might be more fertile than others, but not a cycle where he was, in essence, infertile.
Back to the story: I like that you're challenging yourself with writing a redeemable/good Dumbledore. (I'd wondered why "Trials" hadn't been updating in half-an-age... Not that I'm complaining...now. ^__^). It's fun seeing Dumbles act like a dolting grandfather and not having to be suspicious or angry with him.
Snape's backstory is interesting... At first, I considered Lily and was thinking Serveritus. And for some reason, I swore you referred to the mate and female, but then in a later chapter she was a he... and I started leaning on Regulus--I know a popular pairing. Wouldn't he have known, though, if his mate was carrying? Don't the mates sense that after their heat cycle? Harry's first cycle left him pissed with Blaise because he wasn't pregnant, but this cycle he seems quite cuddly, which we can take to interpret as him being pregnant. Wouldn't Snape and his mate have experienced this, too?
Knowing you're not skittish of multiple births, I'd wondered if you were going to set Harry's first clutch up with two pips instead of the traditional one. Hey! Why not! Harry's never normal, right? Still, it's going to be interesting to see who the first daddy's going to be. You already know, or are you planning on luck of the draw? Boy-or-girl or flip of the coin? Ooooh, all these lovely decisions! Also, are you going to bother so much with heirs to family lines?
How far are you planning on taking this story? Do you have clear ending point in mind, yet? I look forward to reading the story to find out!

I love love love this story! Its so great, and I was so excited to find another chapter posted!!! I can't wait for more.

I love this story. I check back repeatedly to see if it's been updated. I'm glad Harry isn't just looking for a mate in his own age category. He's probably going to need the wisdom of a handsome, elderly Dracken for when the pregnancy occurs. He could probably teach Blaise and Draco other ways to please and protect Harry. And when I say 'He' I'm referring to Nasta. I just love how he's quiet at times but knows how to get his point across that he cares deeply for Harry.Okay, now I'm just rambling on. Sorry, just love the story. Vote for Nasta!

You're story is awesome! I love how well developed your OCs are! I keep hoping that Harry ends up with like 10 mates because they are so sweet. ^__^
