I love that you take your time to make a relation between Harry and Snape. It's not as they instanly feel different of each other.

I like it- looking forward to more. Though I just want to point out that thunderstorms are extremely rare in the UK :)

You're updating so quickly! This is great, you're making my day much better, thanks kindly.
I like this so far, although I'd like to see a bit more of character development for the two of them if possible? What are their thoughts about what happened with Harry's (hopefully dead) Uncle? Harry's attempt to kill himself?
I hope you can continue to update regularly ^^

Just read both chapters. Intriguing. How is Snape going to get Harry to tell him what happened?

This has a really familiar feel to it. I'm almost sure I've read it, or something quite similar, before. Is it a rewrite or repost, perhaps? Or maybe I'm just having a really bad case of Deja-vu. But I swear that little details like the house elf's name and that scene at the end there in the foyer are things I've read before... So weird. In any case, I would very much like to see where this goes. It's definitely a good beginning, if a little fast-paced at the moment. Development and exposition so often get rushed in fanfiction, since there's rarely a need to introduce the characters or settings. But I'm sure you'll slow things down as the story progresses. I can't wait to read more.

By the way, your profile says to email you, but AFF removed emails from author profiles at some point, so you might want to list it in your "About" section (that's what I did, at least).
