Enjoying the story so far!
I have noticed a couple of mistakes in the last couple of chapters that you might want to change. "Viktor needed to get back to the ship and Cedric needed to get back to Gryffindor." Cedric is a Hufflepuff. And in this chapter you've contradicted yourself about Quidditch. In one of the early chapters Dumbledore says Quidditch has been cancelled for the year, but in this chapter you have Harry watching Gryffindor lose a match to Slytherin and Oliver resigning from the team. Neither of these things would happen if Quidditch wasn't being played at all during the school year. A way to fix the mistake would be to say that it was an impromptu game to distract them from exams or boredom or something. Just a thought.

While I did like the premise of the story, I hated the ending. Harry, a slave for Malfoy during a week?! Don't make me laugh! He'd probably just kill the kid and be done with it. And corrupting first years? Not everyone is gay, specially 11/12 year olds.

Okay, Ron and Draco both need to be dominated by Harry and Shiro. I'm thinking just a shade off of being non-con (dub-con). Maybe all they need to lighten up is a good hard fucking. Snape shouldn't be with Harry at all (maybe he could somehow end up in the Graveyard instead of Cedric?). And definitely more Harry/Victor/Cedric (maybe some Shiro thrown in for the hell of it?).

When are we gonna get some Shiro/Harry action? Oooh, and you definitely have to include Cedric. Although, Cedric's probably a little too vanilla for Harry, but maybe he'd be up for spanking? Him spanking Harry that is (he does that in a story over on ff.net - Once Upon a Cedric and it's sequels). I see him as more of a gentle lover type though.
