PURPLE BUNNY SLIPPERS!!! Okay, I seriously had to pause there and laugh for like 5 minutes. That beats martinis any day! Sigh, you know Dumbles has fallen on hard times when even Voldy thinks he's completely off his rocker! Best of luck with coming up with house names, I'd help, but I have the same creative range as Ron's emotions (approximately that of a teaspoon!).

There is nothing wrong with KISS [Keep it Simple Stupid ;)] and naming the fifth house Phoenix House. Sometimes we authors tend to wrack our brains entirely too much when it isn't even necessary. I am enjoying your story. Keep up the good work.

In China and Japan the Fenghuang bird was a symbol of the imperial house, and it represented "fire, the sun, justice, obedience, and fidelity". In the Chinese tradition it appears very rarely, and only to mark the beginning of a new era, while in other traditions it would only appear on times of peace and prosperity and disappear on times of trouble. It was originally a Chinese mythical bird, introduced to Japan on the Asuka period.

The Phoenix or Phoinix house, your going to have enough troble coming up with back ground on the house and it's founder and naming said founder. If you don't like Phoenix or Phoinix there is Pyrrhos (pie-rose), means 'flame-like',it's the name of Achilles son.

I think that Phoenixlight would be a good name for the fifth house. Awesome story by the way. I can't wait to read the next chapter and find out what name you choose for the fifth house. I also can't wait to find out what happened to make the fifth house vanish and who gets sorted into the new house. Somehow I get the feeling that Harry will be resorted into the house.
