Actually, I really liked the final twist (and the whole chapter). I think it was more expected that Harry would stop Draco because of his guilty conscience. Also, maybe like this Harry will be drawn even more to Draco, because he will see this as more of a challenge. And if it can make him think about his own life choices and decide on some radical changes (like getting Ginny out of the picture), all the better. :)
Probably my favourite chapter so far. I think I like it best when it's only Harry and Draco, to see the evolution of their relationship and feelings. They have great chemistry together because they are so different (in my opinion), so it's nice to see that they won't change who they are for the other. So, what now? Harry has to stop settling for what's expected of him (e.g. Ginny). After what he went through in his life, he should really try to live life to the fullest, don't you think? (wishful thinking?)

your story is great. i wanted to read the whole thing in one go but also wanted to have it as long a possible. You are a very good writer and I like how you are portraiting the characters.

Awful, indeed! How utterly wicked of you to stop at such a point. And to have Draco run away, when he pushed for such a passionate kiss! But still, very well written chapter.
