nnot coping well are thet. No big suprise there. I'm just surprised no adult is with them. Leaving a trio of tortured teens alone to struggle strikes me as not quite bright.

Another great update. You can feel the Trio's bond all over this chapter! :)

OMG!!!!!!!!

Greycie, you are KILLING me, here! What a heart-pounding, riveting chapter. I had a bad feeling when I started reading Harry's dream that he'd hurt himself. (Btw, you spelled Grimmauld and Godric's wrong).

Ah, so I see that Harry Apparating them out of there was not a mistake on the DE's part, but an ability that he'd suddenly manifested. I'm really intrigued to discover what's going to happen with his magical powers.

What I really loved most about this chapter was Hermione and Ron's quiet way with each other. You illustrate with this scene very well how the two of them work. I could believe their romance in the series specifically because Harry was the star that they orbited. The two of them have already become partners of a sort in protecting/nurturing their friend. I'm so glad that Ron didn't fly off the handle, that he was as shocked by what Harry did as Hermione. The fact that they both took off looking for Harry right after he Apparated away says so much of the tight bond these three have. God, I just love them so much.

I'm a bit worried about Harry's fever, and after all he's been through, to have him endure Voldemort's wrath was so difficult to read. But I just want him to wake up so that he can see that his friends love him and would never leave him. I'm wondering what will be discussed with the Order members, if Poppy has spoken to Remus yet about Harry's afflictions. I know that Ron and Hermione won't reveal much without Harry's go-ahead; they're too protective of him for that---now more than ever.

Whew! I get so antsy waiting for an update because I'm dying to find out how the story progresses, and then when I get an update, it starts all over again. This is such a great story. I'm so looking forward to seeing how the trio heal each other after this, and what Harry will become.

Speechless... Just speechless. That was an amazing update. The pain, betrayal, and horror was so real. The scene between Harry and Hermione and all the thoughts he had about her before he was forced to hurt her was absolutely heartbreaking. I also love the depth of emotions Harry has for his best mates. I always felt that in cannon, they were the center of his universe. That the main reason he fought so hard to save the world was to make sure they would survive. You have painted that beautifully in this fic. He focuses all of his actions on making sure they live.

I hope that Ron and Hermione forgive him after all of the sacrifices he made for them. I hope this terrible occurrence makes them stronger and heal their wonderfully devoted friendship. *fingers crossed ;-)*

(I really hope Ron will forgive him. They need each other!!!!!)

These lines gave me chills:

'She had never abandoned him.

Fuckin' 'ell!!

What the beejesus did I just read?!! I'm stunned, STUNNED, by the turn of events. OMG, I've envisioned that Harry/Hermione forced scenario myself, and you just tore my heart out with that scene. And then what followed! I kept thinking of that bit out of Akira where Tetsuo blows up all of the scientists in the room with his mental powers. Truly spectacular escape.

I have to tell you, though---I do find it a bit hard to believe that they'd be able to Apparate right out of the dungeons of Malfoy Manor. They couldn't do it in canon, that was reserved only for the house elves. Seemed kind of sloppy on the DE's/Lucius' behalf. And then for them to go to Ron's room at the Burrow....so surreal. But then you had Harry hightail it out of there, which is so in character after what he's just been forced to commit. OMG, I can only hope that Hermione (and I don't know if Ron will ever forgive Harry after this) can find Harry before he does something horrible to himself or to someone else. His vengeance is going to be running pretty high.

Well, this was well worth the wait (which really twasn't any time at all, but as I said, we've been spoiled), but now I'm going to be going crazy for the next update! What is going to happen to my beloved trio? *bites nails* Oh, God, the tragedy. Please don't let them be splintered into irreparable pieces. Harry is going to need Hermione's help for them both to heal.

Oh my god. Epic.

And can I just point out these lines:

And she was so tight around him as he inched slowly into her that it was actually painful. It felt like he was peeling open insider her

That is just so visceral and horrific, but then you upped it with stuff like, blood pouring from his nose; Ron screamed, Hermione screamed, Harry screamed The hysteria building up is off the charts.

Excellent work. I still think your dialogue works very well. Everything out of each character's mouth is so what I expect them to say.

Seriously, I'm going into withdrawal here. You've spoiled me with your previous quickie updates. Hope you'll be posting soon.

Holy Shit! That was incredible!

After enduring the humiliation of sucking Snape's cock (nyyyggggg!), I wasn't expecting Snape to turn around and offer Harry escape, especially not with a Portkey. Of course he would never leave without Hermione and Ron, Snape should have known that, but I was stunned by the attack. And then to have Harry use the Portkey for an unconscious greasy git? Wow, I knew there was a reason I loved him so much. Your Harry is absolutely perfect here.

I love the bits where Harry's sanity starts to crumble. His musings on Rita Skeeter while he's in the midst of a blowjob had a warped, black humor to it. But you kind of ruined your joke with a typo----
