Ah! I knew as soon as he said "Duelling" that either Hermione was going to figure him out or I was going to have to boycott this story. No way in hell does Hermione Granger see the man duel and not know it's him, and that's not even considering the fact that her parsel speaking daughter asked her what Voldemort has to do with Marcus. Mwahahaha! I'd be surprised if Draco didn't figure it out as well. Voldemort teaching Transfiguration is one thing. Voldemort with his wand out ready to duel is another thing entirely.

But why oh why wouldn't Hermione grab Althea and bolt?!? You can get new clothes, honey! My ass would have grabbed my daughter and then apparated to Hogsmeade where I would have run into Honeydukes to use the secret passage into Hogwarts! Then I would have asked the RoR to give me a room where I could hide that would not be able to be found by Tom Marvolo Riddle, Lord Voldemort, The Dark Lord or Marcus Foster. Then I would have sent a patronus to Harry, Kingsley and McGonnagal asking them to meet her in the RoR with a pensieve, stat! But hey, that's jut me.

I mean, she HAS to understand that if he got his hands on her he would probably either kill her or obliviate her. There is no way in HELL he'd let her go. Ever. He's the single most possessive person on the planet. As far as he is concerned, she is his. End of. I wonder if he'll try to convince her she's gone completely mental. I can hear it now, "He-who-mus-not-be-named? Really, Hermione? Are you listening to yourself?" Then he will spout off all the reason she did when she tried to deny what her eyes were telling her. Arg! I can't wait!! Please don't leave us hanging on this cliff for too long!! :)

Thanks for the update...and for Hermione sending Voldemort flying! I got so caught up in the big reveal that I forgot to mention the awesomeness of that part of the chapter! :)

Thanks for the update! The smut was smut-tastic! I love how they both seem to get worked up over intellectual discussions. They are such nerds. I wonder what's the deal with Hermione entering his body. There's got to be some fairy trickery going on causing that, yeah? Also, I wonder if there is going to be some kind of side effect of the "stealing" of their sex magic. Perhaps it will bind him to her even more irrevocably than he already is? I'm very interested to see what comes of that. I would also love to see either someone hit on Hermione or threaten her in front of Marcus to see his reaction. I think that'd be quite interesting, especially if the person is a death eater. I really really love this story, and think about it way to much! Thanks!

I'm glad Hermione is starting to learn a little bit more about how manipulative Tom, excuse me, Marcus can be (even though we've pretty much already known what he is up to. Like a new form of Slughorn my goodness).

I also feel a little bad for her that the girls are disliking her because she has a past with Draco, but at least she made a new friend. Also because all those female students making googly eyes at 'her man'. (Ok so they aren't technically together but she obviously feels highly attracted to him and he seems to only be sexually attracted to her. I wonder how those girls would take it if they knew? Jealousy can be a dangerous emotion).

As for Draco I want to know so bad what he is doing there. If he isn't a student why was he there and is he still a bigoted jerk or does he realize Pureblood doesn't mean you're better? Also Hermione's hatred of him is perfectly understandable, and I doubt they could ever be friends unless he somehow shows regret and apologizes.

Althea, I swear, she just gets cuter and cuter.

Hermione Granger (even in the books) had to of been pretty if not beautiful, if you think about it. The reaction at the ball(Which proves she could look drop-dead gorgeous if she fixed her hair and put on a little make-up), Cormac (who is so self-absorbed and narcissistic would not go to a party with an ugly girl), Krum (Famous, super quidditch star who could of had anyone) and Ronald all had a thing for her.


Tom Riddle was notoriously good looking. So therefore chances are Althea is going to be a beauty. And then her parents are both like, super geniuses and extremely powerful magic-wise. This leads me to believe she will most likely inherit her parents intelligence. Therefore my deduction is any child born from Tom and Hermione would most likely be talented (magic wise), intelligent and beautiful like her parents. (Ok Handsome in Tom's case. Not even I dare call Voldemort beautiful in fear of a quick Avada being sent my way).

And I think you're playing her out exactly as she should be. (I also think you're developing her nicely without turning her into a Mary Sue).
