I liked it, but I wonder why you used water hemlock as the title rather then hemlock since I think only the poison hemlock has a toxic fragrance and the symptoms look more like that one as well. Then again, it's the wizarding world, elves, and the middle of winter, so no hemlock would be blooming in RL during this story but it can work in the realm of fiction and it didn't hurt my reading enjoyment.

I didn't like this as much as your other two... I'm not sure why... it seemed more rushed, I guess. It was still good though. I just adore your writings.
