It's good, it really is. The thing is I think you should get a Beta to help your grammar/Spelling mistakes. The story is progressing good, yet it also feels rushed, once again maybe consider getting a Beta? :]

Yay! I was so glad to see a new chapter. I love this story. I was also thinking that Hermione was the heir, but wonder if Luna would have seen it. It is surprising that she did not see what had been done to HG by the Order. Who knows, Harry may come over to LV's side when he finds out what they were doing to HG. Your
