I'm loving this! It's not a cross-over I had ever considered, but somehow Gotham being magical totally makes sense. I also really like the idea of Tom getting a second chance and I really believe that if Harry could give it to him, then he would.
Great concept altogether! ^^ I do hope you'll see it through to the end.

I love the idea of a new beginning for Tom. I think Harry is going to definitely make things better for him.
The problem is that some people will recognize the name Tom Riddle from the wizarding world. How is Harry going to deal with that?
