I'm not an expert in Latin, but I'm pretty sure the correct word order for the title would be 'Casus secundus'.
Also, 'casus' translates more like 'a case' or 'an incident'. Second chance would be 'Opportunitas secundus'.
Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
Nitpicking aside I really liked your story, especially the beginning. It's different.

Love the story, and can't wait for the next chapter. Harry taking himself off instead of depending on others really shows his trust issues from his "childhood". Keep up the good work
