How is there enough water in the world? Seriously, anyone wetting themselves this much would be extremely dehydrated. The idea is not a bad one, and hits a few people's kinks, but you can't write this much -just- about the kink. Harry wets himself, gets punished, wets himself, gets punished... Ad nauseum. Mix it up a little,, introduce some new punishments, I don't know, how about -show- Harry's reaction!!! From what you've written, he doesn't seem to care at all what is happening to him. Part of the sexual background of this kink is humiliation, so why isn't he humiliated? If you want to write an erotic story based on a humiliation kink, it is important to show the emotional effects of the punishment.

Anyway, I've got nothing more to add. I'd go read some decent erotic fic if I were you, just to see how good it -can- be.

Wow that was really quite bad. and not in a good way. It was completly unrealistic in ...well..everything. Characters, actions, results from actions. It was not funny and you obviously need to practise ALOT more.Why would you even post that i wonder?
