Chapter 9:
I was wondering if it was an oversight or if Narcissa just was too focused on her singing and music to hear the ward when Lucius cast the Killing Curse at Harry. Her reaction seemed to imply that the Curse Draco casts on his father was the only Unforgivable to trigger the ward. Or perhaps it is only triggered when someone other than herself or Lucius cast an Unforgivable. Regardless, great story. I'm curious to see how the curse will be removed and how everyone will react after. Also, I love your Chosen Chains story and can't wait for an update.

To say it with Harry's words: Holy shit!
WHY was Lucius able to find the only cure for the Curse and Harry not?? Perhaps this piece of information could have helped him?
And I have a certain feeling that Draco is going to go berserk if he finds out that his father tried to kill Harry! I just hope that he won't kill Lucius for it, because I can understand his reasoning about wanting to protect his son... Doesn't mean I like it, though...
For me it feels as if the story would soon reach the peak, but you said it would have between 12-20 chapters... How bad is Draco going to get?! I wonder what will have to happen for the Curse to be broken.

You always do such a good job of keeping a story interesting over time. I like all the twists and turns you've given us about the curse, and Draco's feelings. Harry is so self-sacrificing I'm half afraid he'll think killing himself is a viable solution - I hope Draco can convince him otherwise. Good work and thanks for sharing!

I guess it's up to the woman of the manor to keep it together
