Okay. I remember reading this story a long time ago. Herm and Harry and even Harry's kids are being manipulated with the juice that they're drinking. Only when Herm changed her diet, cutting out sugar, which included the juice, did her mind start to clear. I seem to remember this story being further along then what's posted. Is this a rewrite? I checked that the first chapter was written back in September, but then how did I know about the juice when you've only just posted chapter two?
