Quite an imaginative AU tale!
For plot/character, Crookshank's revelation that Hermione has a thing for Draco for a long time nicely explains Hermione's initial in-action to Draco's proposition in the compartment.On the other hand, given Hermione's recent abuse, I found some of her pro-active sexual advances (offering anal, girl-on-girl, etc.) a bit out-of-character (within the story).

I hope this is not the end of this story. I hope that Hermoine is pregnant. I hope that Severus, Blaise, Draco and Harry; hunt down the "foster father" (kidnapper) and do permenant damage. I also hope that Serena, Pansy and Ginny get their hands on the "mommy dearest" and fix her too.
But most of all I hope for more SMUT with Draco and Hermoine!!!!!!

I DO like this story.
I am hoping that Draco and Hemoine (Isabella) do get into a little more smut. But that is just me.
Once 'Moine tells her mother and brother (and maybe her father...Severus) about what happened to her. I can see that the "foster parents" will be delt with harshly by all of the men in her life.
I look forward to the next chapter.

I like the fact that Draco and Crookshanks can talk. Draco needs to be able to find out things that Hermoine (Isablla) may not be willing to tell him.
I am curious as to why Draco can hear Crookshanks and Hermoine can not. I guess I will have to wait and see.
