Wonderful story and everything, but you already know that. I'm curious as to if you're going to update it soon? I'm rather anxious to see what happens :D So PLEASE update.

Will you continue this story? I would really like that. Yours is one of the few stories of this type that is actually WRITTEN WELL. Like another reviewer said, Snape's OOC-ness here is suspicious, by virtue of everyone else being in-character (and Snape himself as well when he wasn't, well, you know). It's a niggling mystery what caused Snape to do all that, since not even Snape himself knows.

Well, I hope you intend to finish this story. I'd really like to know what was really happening to cause Snape to act so out-of-character. He's always protected Harry when needed, despite his personal feelings. Please don't leave us hanging too long for the conclusion. Nicely done.

Very interesting... How you went about it. I loved your depiction of Harry's emotions and haed the way you intentionally kept silent on severus.
Cant wait for more!

Very much like this story so far. You've written one of the few accurate depictions of post-rape trauma that I've seen in HP fan fic. Don't know if you have any plans for Harry to suddenly fall in love with his rapist (that would be the standard fan author's route). But to this point at least, the story is quite believable.

Oh, BTW, my time-line is fuzzy. Was this after, before or during their Dumbledore's Army sessions?
And I can't believe I gushed about characterization and the like and didn't mention how impressed I was by the emotional side of the fic: I could relate so easily to Harry, I was desperate that he would find some sort of resolution, like telling someone, or getting Snape to remember (My theory about his memory loss/attacks: Voldemort acting through the Dark Msrk, making him lose his inhibition, making him remember about how much he hated James; the bit about Lily and choosing was all Voldemort, I think.), anything! I'm glad I didn't find this story before you posted the eight chapter, because I would have been driven mad waiting for a reprieve in all the angst. I think that by the end of the story this will all be, once read from start to finish, a very cathartic experience, like all hurt/comfort fics should be. ;)

Another superb chapter. We had to wait so long to get it, though, that it went by too quickly! I hope to see the next installment very soon, as I'm really curious to see how you'll write the repercussions of Harry's admission. Especially how Hermione and Ron will react once they get wind of the truth.
I felt like McGonogall's reaction was extremely true to character, as was Dumbledore's. What a hard thing to hear from a student like Harry, their superstar. I hope they get him some good therapy.
