I just had a thought...how did Harry's creature magic know the law as I'm pretty sure Peri aren't native to Britain... or is it a world wide law. Just a point to consider. Also is it illigal for a creature to heal the damage it caused and is Bill wolf bit in this or did the whole 6th year happen different.

Bah! I hadn't seen this story in so long! I loved the update. And, as much as I'd like to see the costume shopping. instant gratification wins in this situation, and I vote for skipping to Halloween day. But, I'll be happy no matter what.
