I don't care what all the faculty says Terry Boot deserved to get his nose broken. It's just too bad Harry didn't know how to throw a punch properly and broke his wrist!

Ironic timing, since I was reading through some of your Harry/Pansy stuff just last night and started wondering when we might see another chapter of both that and this one.
So it seems Harry didn't really respond to what Ron said at the end of the previous chapter? Regardless, I think their friendship is likely to get worse before it gets better. And Dumbledore obviously cannot be trusted, so he's got something up his sleeve with this offer.
No sexytimes, but this was still an interesting chapter. I look forward to more.

My response to the headmaster would have been something in the lines of. "If you want it that way headmaster sure. However since Harry is my husband and it is in my interest to have my husband live, I will quit my position and take my husband with me since I am his legal guardian now and make sure that he receive an education that allows for him to live through this mess that you are making sure that he dies. Good day headmaster." All said with the door open to the office so he can't have locked it and force Dora to reconsider. I do hope that you have her stand up to Dumbledore soon. Also have her inform Harry of Dumbledore making sure that he receives no training. Awaiting more and what you have planned.

Annnd you just managed to make me hate Ron more...
Though that was a good chapter, certainly thought that Dumbledore was going to tell Tonks off for sleeping with Harry.

well, this is a surprise. This ron thing came out of the blue and i do wonder how it will continue? For better or worse.
I agree with dumbles in sense even though i wish they would find a middle ground here, that's your problem.
all in all, decent chapter. Brought out good angles about the world. Ron is jealous again, Dumbles is playing his mind chess (and i'm not saying he is evil or doing it wrong) and Harry trys to go forward without falling into depression town.
Waiting for the next chappy.
