I like the Beltane ritual. It made me wish stuff like that could really happen so that I can see them outside of the pictures in my head. Good job =)

I like that bit about checking for the wand, even though you know it's there. I do that with my keys all the time and my alarm clock. I used to get out of bed 3 or more times a night to make sure it was set. Then I would hit snooze in the morning and be late anyway.

Well.......I have to admit, it's different and will
take some time to get used to it.
NOW, what I REALLLLY would like to see is more emphasis
on the rituals themselves, kind of like a history
lesson in the midst of the story.
After all, if you're going to center the story around
the pagan holidays, it would be nice to know more
about them...while, also, focusing on the boys, of course.
