I do like your refreshing analysis of Ron's potential for love. Of course you didn't have the ghost mention the insecurities, but Snape covered those, so I guess it's ok. You're about the only author I know that actually has taken the time (myself included) to really go in depth with Ron and bring out aspects the rest of us tend to ignore. Ron tends to be used mostly as a foil or merely as a trigger for plot devices, but I think you develope his character more then JK did.

just read the first chapter--I like the idea behind the chains (never read the original Christmas Carol) and the pranks on Potter and Black.

It starts interesting. Snape is canon, which is very good indeed. It's also well written and minor mistakes aren't very annoying. I only hope we won't have to wait long to read more. All the best!

Yeah, well, sometime we do need to be slapped in the head with a bat before we can actually face what we know, Sev. Good character analysis.

This plot never gets old and it is always fun to read someones twist to it, especially when the ones involved are Severus and Hermione. You write it so well, I can't wait to read more, not to mention who you will use as ghosts!

Loved the brief view of Severus and Lucius as boys, playing pranks and living it up, however short the time. This could be fun!

Okay, this starting out to be a cute version (not that I would EVER call Snape cute, I would get hexed!!) I am looking forward to next chapter.
