WOW! This story is so emotional. I can literally feel Harry's pain. You describe it so well. You also describe their joy and relationship so well that it accentuates the pain, makes it tangible. I must admit I actually shed a tear or two for Harry and perhaps 10 for Severus. Why? Because Severus is my favorite character and he died. That is why I hated the last book. Please continue this heart breaking tale to its conclusion; I applaud you for daring to write a death fic. Those are the hardest to write and people can get really critical. Bravo!

I have no idea how I hope this turns out, to be totally honest. I want SS to be alive and this to all be a trick by V, but at the same time, your writing for this situation is as true to character as I've ever seen, and I kind of want to see how they end up if he is dead.

You've make me cry, and it's been a while since I've cried with a fic. I'm sad for Harry, so much he has lost already, and for Severus, my dear Severus, who seems to cannot keep his happiness in life... =( I'll deeply hope that he is not realy dead, that it's been all a trick from Voldemort... but I'll not get my wishes up. Great story =)

Hey, i just read your update. It very nearly made me cry. You have quite a talent for inspiring emotion through your characters body language. Its sooo sad, but in some ways makes it so much more powerful.
I do hope for a sev return thingy, but tbh, i reckon this might just be that much better without us having a happy ending... don't know, very torn.

I normally don't read any story where there's a major character death but the way you write this just draws me in. It's beautiful, tragically so.
