ROFL... Oh my god! That was great! Bloody brilliant!
If I ever write a story that has a house elf in a major role I'll definitely be asking you for permission to use this as a reference. Wonderfully written, very well thought out and quite believable. I can just picture this as a pamphlet or research paper done by Hermione, who else would devote that much time to SPEW?

I like the bit about George's elf requesting training in first aid and fire suppression. Hee! This is well thought out and cute.
