I was actually expecting Draco to be in that first bunch of slytherins, as he would have been hopeful to discredited Harry.

I will have to say that so far I am intrigued by your story. Tonight (today) I read chapter 7 thru 10, I sometimes will hold off so that I can read several chapters at once so my reviews maybe erratic.

Nice work. To answer your question, yes I took the name from the character but it is my family name also. Spelled exactly the same way. Although I am American, I am from English descent. I always wanted to write a story where the quill Umbridge uses is actually respelled to cut into her hand as a sort of retribution. I may do that in my next story. lol. I just love that Harry is going to show the Slytherins his memory, can't wait to see what Draco has to say about that. Of course knowing Draco, he may deny the whole thing and say Harry made it up but we all know you can't really do to much to a memory. I wonder what Snape would say when he finds out his 'kids' actually saw it. Is he going to demand to see it too? Waiting anxiously for the next update.

I always wondered why JKR didn't use a penseive in the books more. Nice work so far. I look forward to reading more. I love the powerful Harry.
