i thought that was a good first chapter if you want to continue, and yet it seems ok as a standalone too. i like that versatility, and vote that you should continue in the same format. since you already established harry's crush with snape, it'd be a much better fit with a Snarry pairing, or if there's a 3some, let harry be the others' focus.
