Hey, I meant it when I said I've been saying "Kek-kek" and it seems, since the very first after reading your story, my Husky dog (who is a very wolfie and "talkative" creature) really responds to it! It's been a couple of weeks and it's like she knows what it means! She swishes and gets on high alert, looking around and whining in her "readiness for the outside threat" kind of way. I was wondering if you have ferrets and know if these described vocalizations are actually what they sound like.
Of all the domestic and exotics I've cared for and worked with, I have never been in contact with a ferret. Like, "dook" (seemed an odd choice of words)-- But "purr" I get no problem, both the cats and gorillas I've cared for purr. As for other vocalizations of the gorillas, seals and sea lions, (and every breed of dogs)I would have some explaining to do when trying to put into the English alphabet what they sound like since they are made deep in the throat and not really mouth and lip syllables....
So I'm really fucking curious!!!!! I have been ruminating on it for days now.... I can't resist an animal intelligence/communication problem/puzzle! Oh, yay! You finished it! Thank you! I love this series. I'm glad Draco was willing to stick up for Harry and stop him from getting fussed at by his friends.

I've read your trilogy, they're amazing.
I liked the fact that Harry was the ferret, not Draco.
It gave the story a lot of unique qualities, kudos!
The ferret sex in the sequel was unexpected, and it took me off guard,
But I think I came around because you wrote it so well. :]
but as far as writing goes, your wonderful and you should continue.
