That was so sweet. I loved it! Sirius' personality really fit him I think- being a half nice jerk. Anyway, loved it!

That was really lovely. You did a wonderful job blending touches of Victoriana and Potter. I shivered a bit through the whole thing, the pervasive imagery of Harry's relief in coming in from the cold and Sirius slowly thawing as well was very effective. I expecially liked Sirius' musing on how with all the things he'd gotten wrong in his life Harry had chosen to love him for something he'd done right without even noticing it. The idea of Sirius stepping closer to the two generic gravestones and the names of his friends suddenly coming into focus clicking the last piece into place to complete the puzzle was quite powerful, if not unexpected. The image of Harry still huddled in the snowy graveyard when Sirius returned and the box of unopened chocolates was heartbreaking. Thanks for such a wonderful seasonal fic - I can see why it was so much fun to work on, and it showed. One insignificant note: a hackney horse of the period would have been dead tired at the end of the day and unlikely to spook. Harry would have been as skittish as one new to London, perhaps, or one with its blinkers suddenly removed. Your fic was so well done I had to find something to quibble with :) Cheers!

Nice job! (I especially liked the Emma reference.)
It would be interesting to see the same tale from Harry's perspective.

WOW! I usually don't like Sirius, but you've actually added some depth to the character. Good job. I hope you keep writing HP fanfiction.
