Honestly, if Draco really cared about Harry, he'd say screw the secret and tell Dumbledore and Pomfrey and Sirius and Remus and every adult he could think of. Because keeping the secret will seem pretty damn stupid after he (or his baby) are dead. Even if he gets mad at him, he needs to tell someone because it's for his own good. If it was something that had happened previously, but no longer put him in danger, that he didn't want to talk about (although holding on to things that are mentally damaging isn't the best of ideas), that would be another story. But as he is currently in danger, currently being assaulted and currently at risk of danger, Draco is not being a friend keeping it to himself. It IS his secret to tell if it saves a life.
