Now, you know that I am reading through all your stuff, And I know I am not the greatest reviewer, but I still leave a little, most times only a few words to tell you that I read and enjoyed it or not. While others write long ones, well, English is not my language so it might come easier to them. But I offen go back and read them again though.
However, I feel I MUST write this to you now.
Having finished chapter 3 just now:


"Perhaps Potter is not prey after all, to be eaten and then discarded.



Perhaps he is a hunter who can run beside me."


This line, is the best you have ever written in my oppinion!

As always your story is written with precise beauty. Too bad it is yet unfinished but there are ten chapters to explore. It seems the last sentence was to start the progression for Harry from despising to becoming intrigued by Lucius, as his movements were unexpected - despite Harry's subsequent rationalization.

So Lucius is learning about Harry and Draco is jealous and can't understand. I really like your OC's. Looking forward to the chase when Harry learns about it.

At least Harry will not despise Lucius for his actions. Harry will expect a Malfoy to behave in self-serving, predatorial ways. He may not like it but i think he will accept the inevitability of it and acceptance is two steps towards love.

Lucius likely isn't aware of the 'muggle' proverb curiosity killed the cat... But he might approve of its sentiments.

This is entertaining. Fiction reading can be a form of people watching if the authors write that way. I've always liked cartoons by Johnny Hart and stories by Saki and Kipling even before I understood them deeply. Harry's direct actions to ask Lucius directly why he donated was as entertaining as Hatful of Sky when Tiffany considered how much simpler it would be if people simply asked if someone was evil in the beginning, to see if they'd reply honestly.

Ch. 10

It's been awhile since I last read this, but IMO it's one of your most intriguing stories, unlike any of your others that come to mind. I know you said in your profile that you were stalled on it due to plot and tone problems, but do you think you'll ever finish it?

i love the way thi story i writen a well a the story itself. it i a very intereting story and it o elicate done. i love how each chapter begain with a predator. i love lucius so much in this story, and harry is awome. i personally think draco needs a wipin or a spakn wich ever lucius perfer. anyway update soon.
