Poor Draco! Just when it seemed that he was coming to terms with things, it truly does go "from bad to worse". I hope that his ordeal has hit rock bottom, and will start to improve a bit.

I'm a little confused about timing in the first chapter. Events from 3rd year seems to be listed as 5th year activties. And making Snape and Slughorn both the potions professor in one part then correcting them. At one part they appeared to be the same person.

Wow it wasn't until your last chapter that I realized that this story was distantly and loosely connected to your legends series(Which I love).
It's very well written, fascinating to read really. And I especially like the way you have Draco interacting with everyone else now; the way you have him changing his personality and perspectives are oddly pleasing compared to the backdrop that this story is anchored to.
