Ch. 1 This is an excellent story, horrorific, poignant and tender by turns. The first chapter would have benefited greatly from being broken up into parts. Its excessive length makes it a short story in its own right. You could end it here and it would complete. As it is, it took me two days to finish. I'm hoping the remaining chapters won't be so long.

What can I say but.......WOW!!! Excellent job....the story is literally perfect except for a typo or 2 I think I saw. I just discovered your story this morning and just finished it since I am now home from classes and work. I loved it.
I cannot wait to see what happens with Charlie and Rose....

Have to ask, but why did you decide to repost this when there's no new update? :S I had to skim all the way through to make sure I wasn't missing anything I'd already read :S
Anyways - great story :) I love the detail and emotion, you real capture something in your work, and it's a very enjoyable read. I usually dislike OC's too but Solarin is so unique and interesting, she's so much more 3d than a lot of OC's are in fanfictions. The only thing I would say is maybe you could break the chapters up into smaller pieces? Each one is a huge ammount to read on its own, and for readers without the time it's a huge pain to find out where they were and to carry on from that spot, lol. I do like your story though, and should you update I'd be happy to read more.
