Snape is going to feel like crap after everything comes to light. I can't wait for that day. I'm feeling the same frustration I felt when I read the book. It's just so unfair how he treats him, on top of being treated like dirt w/ the fat pigs. I'd like for Harry to have some happy ending too, that's why I love reading fanfiction.

Harry is such a brat in this chapter. I kinda like it.

This is definitely different, like your Phoneix story, just something I wouldn't have expected. By pre-slash, what do you mean? Just that Harry and Draco will be good friends? Because of the story, I keep superimposing other stories onto this, but you've dodged most of the way they revealed things, and you've kept it different/original. Nice job so far. Is Draco not going to be given the command to kill Dumbledore in this universe?

about #2...
1. Help me out here...I didn't read all of HBP, so in the beginning
of the chapter when Prof. Snape was helping Albus was that a scene
that happened in the book or was it an elaboration on your part?
2. You know, I was going to say that sometimes children favor the
mother's side than the father's, so...COULD Harry, visually, have
some features from Lilly's side of the family that he doesn't know
about OR is he REALLY starting to favor the Snape side and it isn't
his OVERactive imagination?
Of course, I know the answer, BUT....gotta ask.

PS...thank you for reminding me where the word 'Severitus' came from,
because I truly forgot, until you explained it.

i understand. what i meant to say was that i just disagreed with Harry's tearing the letter. i can't hope but feel he'll regret it in the future. as for SNape i think he would make a competent father. not the most outwardly loving or emotional but capable of being a good father. i honestly have no clue how you're going to go about obtaining your resolution which is unusual because i can usually guess the direction a story will go or pinpoint an outline of key events that are most likely going to occur. with u, however, nothing. i'm glad. i love a story that can throw me off and is hard to get a good grasp of what will happen. like a mystery.
