about #24...
I just had a 'moment' when I read this..or should I say a
thought JUST came to me! :-D
How about this for a scene...Severus is instructing Harry
in whatever situation you may have them in and Harry does
something that's COMPLETELY makes Severus exasperated and
THE words come out of his mouth, "You're just like your mother!"
...which, of course, pleases Harry to no end!
I don't know about you, but I got that a couple of times from
my mother. It's like a Universal phrase that a parent HAS to
say at one point or another.
Also, I like the fact that Severus IS trying with Harry, NOW
if only Harry will let his guard down an inch or two.

yes progress. especially emjoying how sev notices things bout harry that relate back to him and lily. do you think that if harry and sev had started towards a better relationship before harry found out about his parentage that he might have been more welcoming of the idea or withdraw out of fear of losing the new less hostile relationship? will severus pick up on the strength of emotions between the two boys before they do? as always i love the plot and mosochistically enjoy the knot of emotions caused by your danged cliffhangers. happily awaiting the next update. viven la vida loca!

Aw that last scene made me squirm in my seat, it was so uncomfortable for poor Harry!! Very well done!
Also, loved the war of words with Sev & Albus.

Excellent chapter. This is like the turning point for their whole relationship.

At the end of every chapter I think that you can't get better than this, and can't make the emotions more real, or that you are about to fall into some cliche or overused situation. I am wrong every time. This is the most creative and inventive HP story I have ever read. You bring the characters to logical and in character places that I've never seen anyone else do, and I just have to wonder WHY no one else has thought of it, cause it makes so much sense. Okay, I think that I am done fangirling all over you.

1. Damn, when Severus gets through speaking, his words leave you
cut open with LOTS of wounds, doesn't he? :-)

Thanks for updating once again. 'Watch Dog Snape, lupine companion extrodinare, see his famous schnoz in action as he sniffs out spies, and intruders.' This came to mind as I read the last scene, a quasi-advertisement for a Snape watchdog. In any case, great job as usual I really like seeing a non omnipotent Albus sometimes, wily manipulative old man.

this has become a three course meal the plots so good. it's sbout time dumbledore got a tongue-lashing as well as a bit of a revelation. i'm glad you did what rowling did which was show that dumbledore had his faults but wasn't a bad or evil man. i'm also glad that sev didn't turn hypocrite. his words whould have been shallow if he didn't face harry. the enjoyable knot of emotions has passed into contentment but knowing you it'll probably be back soon. i look forward to it. as always i love ur work and persephone's folly was great i hope it has a sequel. til next time. viven la vida loca.
