Stick with Harry's POV please. It really is working fine for the story, and it will avoid all those jarring changes of POV that seem to happen in so many other stories.
In my opinion, multiple POV's work best when writing in the third person. For a first person narrative it is often better to just stick to one person.

Harry POv seems to be working for you I hardly even noticed that it was in first person. I would only switch to third if you really need to or if your muse gives up and you need a new angle.
