Its interesting. I think there's a bit of a stretch in having her age backwards...that's not really believable and Ginny's name is actually Ginerva but other than those points, its interesting. The other part that was confusing was her not needing blood - but she's a vampire...I can believe she might need less or learn to take with out killing but not needing it was also a stretch. I think you're trying to make her too good - if she's a vampire, she has those urges and needs so I think its okay to let her have them...even if its a bit dark. Vampires are dark creatures.

Also, are they in 7th year? Its not too clear until nearly the end of the chapter.

Good start. I like the premise. One thing though--Ginny's full name isn't Virginia, but Ginevra. I just thought you would like to know. Keep going with this. It should prove to be interesting.
