What a romantic, sad tale. I loved it! It's just the right length as well. I loved your portrayal of Hermione and Severus. What a great plot. Bravo!

I'm almost tempted to demand that you write a sequel to this. You could focus on the trial and tribulations of Rose and Scorpius with Hermione and Severus somewhat in the background (as much as they can be with Hermione as her mom and Severus as her future stepfather).

That was a very sweet story....though I have, for the last few years, preferred to see Hermione with Draco. His statement that it was worth it to be with Hermione, even under those conditions, pulled at my heartstrings. Lovely writing and clever interweaving of canon in with your story! :D

I cant help but think that the trysts are unfulfilling. Just 'looking' like Snape wouldnt be enough, it would only fulfill a superficial level of the need but she would KNOW deep down inside that it wasnt him, it would lack something.
Again, I cant imagine that actually being with him, looking like another witch would be satisfying for her. I would think that it would be more hurtful than anything else because she loves him and she wants him to return her love. She would want him to desire her...not just the body she inhabited.
Its a good story, filled with a bittersweet disatisfaction and need that calls to me. A hunger that can only be appeased on the surface but never truly satisfied without the whole truth. That old saying , The truth shall set you free, sums this story up nicely....I dont review alot, sorry, my thoughts get jumbled sometimes when I try LOL....but I will be on the look out for more!
