Oh, this is an excellent story! Has a nice background and build up and leaves me wanting to read more! :)
And also leaves me wondering what wild and wicked things Ginny and Fred will do when they are together! ;)

I'm not sure i'm qualified to review, but I can offer some encouragement!.
Like the portrayal of the familys struggles, in such circumstances everyone blames themselves and family breakup is so very common.
To change time must risk everything, but what would'nt we do if we had the chance to get a loved one back.
Keep it coming,

As for a title, thats a tough call when we don't know whats gonna happen, but so far i would go for (thinks)

Hiya Angela thought I'd review this for you :)
I have to say you have a fantastic plot! Weasleycest is probably not one of my favourites, but reading through your first chapter I must say that you really know your facts!
I love it when stories include facts, like Augustus Rookwood, and that percy was with him on the night and things like that, it makes the story more believable! I can't believe you haven't got more reviews yet!
Hmmm thinking of titles (I'm rubbish at them too!)
How about:
A love not forgotten
A love like Ours
I'm still holding on
