I like a dark Draco. Not an abusive one though. it's a turn off for me. Great fic though. I love it so far. Keep up the great work.I can't wait to read more.

I love it and I love a posessive Draco (not abusive though). It is very much Draco to be posessive & obsessive. That doesn't mean he can't be sweet in his own way though. Keep writing!!

I really like the idea behind your story and I'm eagerly awaiting your next chapter. As for Draco's character, I think he should be obsessive and just a little controlling. After all, he's trying to win over Hermione and make her his, and you already wrote that Draco wants to be dominant in their relationship... So Draco should be dominant. But being dominant doesn't mean he has to be abusive. But there's a difference between 'taking her against her will' and 'awakening to her own desires'. It all depends on how you decide to write Hermione.
I don't think she's the type to easily fall into Draco's common tricks, so I'm sure she'll put up a fight and it should be a struggle for her to come to terms with her feelings for him. But I just don't see Draco as being the fawning romantic, I don't think he'd easily show his true emotions and his true agenda to anyone.
I hope you keep writing!

I am still reading and enjoying. And, I for one, and very glad you plan to stay away from him forcing himself on her. I've never been a victim, but i don't find it sexy and loving, and seeing as I do want them together in the end, I would much rather see him use his other techniques to get his girl. :0) Thanks! Great update....one little correction. Slug Club was sixth year. Fifth year was the battle at the department of mysteries (hall of prophecy and death chamber)....Sirius falling into the Veil, etc.
You might want to make that minor correction.

Oh and by the way, obsessive doesn't equal abusive....he's just a bit protective and possessive but never abusive. His iron will matched against her wits and will makes for a fun read and sexy sparks.

Loved the chapter!!
I love a possesive Draco!... but not abusive, because then it isn't romantic at all... Hermione needs to eventually love him back!
I don't like full on rape... but mildy non-con is fine with me... as long as it is mostly consentual when the actual sex occurs.
but... this is your story, and I'm sure I will enjoy it however you write it!
keep up the good work! can't wait for more!!

Thanks for staying away from the N/C; I much prefer a possessive if appreciative Draco. And I loved your note that she'd be pregnant with their second son before agreeing, LOL. You should use that line in the story, it's good. Will we be seeing ashopping trip with Narcissa? That could be hilarious.
