Loved. It! I really like the emontional depth (suprizing hard to find now-a-days) I think it could use a sequel. Usually, I don't ask for one, but while I was reading it, I was sorta waiting for the darkness to swallow him. Either (a) Sirus dies (OD, achoal poisoning, or someother thing) and that's it for Harry, he commets a suside. Or, (b) it gets worse and worse, Harry go's over, and someone finds out, steeps it, sends him to St. Mangos. Or, (c) Harry goes crazy, kills Sirus, then himself. Or, (d) Harry goes crazy, kills Sirus, gets sent to St Mangos. Option B and D could turn in to a multi chap. about his teatment a St. Mangos. It's really up to you though! Your are the auther and it was really good!

Once again, I am in awe. That was intense, beautifully written, and with just the right tone for such a dark subject. Beautiful job.

This was so relentlessly dark, that at times I thought I might cry. You made me feel pretty shitty about my own writing, however. Excellent prose.

Sadly, these are the only Harry/Sirius stories I can ever believe. Not sure that your use of the darkness/night as some kind of manifestation of the bogeyman really worked, though, as I didn't quite get the metaphor for Harry as it pertained to his life.

The beer bottle broke my heart, though, and the last line was devastating.
