OMG no! I wonder if Draco will hear her and save the day? I hope he does. It seems like they're moving on, slowly. Look forward to the next chapter!

Another brilliant chapter! So they get to spend more time together then, eh? I thought they were actually going to come to a truce...but Draco fucked up. It seems they are both as volatile as each other, or both as unsure as the other. Look forward to the next chapter!

Fabulous chapter! I hope Hermione learns to get along with Draco. It gives them at least one thing in common. I am intrigued as to how this is going to play out! Look forward to the next chapter!

First, is it totally wrong of me to picture a turned on and hot Draco with a beautiful Hermione sitting astride his lap and ..... *shivers*

Lovely chapter...really, the anger, the resentment, lashing out at everyone - and that's just Draco. Hermione is bottling it all up and just beating up Draco. She's using him as her personal punching bag. So wrong. I just adore Ginny in this chapter, standing up to Hermione.

I can't wait for more. NO DYING IN THIS ONE DAMMIT RYAN!

I'm really impressed (and I'm not usually impressed easily). I particularly like that everyone is so in-character, even (especially!) the changed-sides Draco. (Molly slapping him was a great moment.) This is a common weakness in fanfic. (It's also nice not to have the distractions of poor spelling, grammar, etc.)

I think that since the wizarding world has little to offer her in terms of help for the blind (probably permanent blindness is rare among magical folk), our heroine (ever noticed that "Hermione" looks sort of like "heroine" even though they're not pronounced at all alike?) should look to the muggle world for solutions to the situation in which she finds herself, and then adapting the muggle technology and other aids for the blind (books on tape, braille, etc., and the suggestions from Jillianspuzzlebox's review) to the magical world. Hermione has always been great at utilising her knowledge of both worlds in this way.

On another note: can Draco still jerk off, or has he lost feeling there too? Everything below the waist? If so, I sure hope Mme Pomfrey can help him! What exactly happened to cause his injury? Not asking for physiological details, just how he got injured: more specifically, was it magic (e.g., a curse, like Hermione's blindness), or a natural (muggle) injury? I love Draco's interpretation of whatever Mme Pomfrey's actual explanation of his symptoms was: very in-character for someone who was doubtless never bothered to learn the most basic facts of "muggle" medicine or anatomy/physiology. IMHO, muggle-borns have the advantage in the wizarding world that they have been educated (formally, or just by familiarity) at least in the fundamentals of such subjects. Draco has doubtless been tutored in some nonmagical subjects (we know he's at least literate, and he probably can do arithmetic, if not real math), but I doubt that he ever learned any "muggle science."

I'm eagerly awaiting your next update. (I bet if you don't post soon, you may start receiving rude mail and/or reviews from your *fans*, like poor George R.R. Martin! This is not meant as a threat -- I'd /never/ do that to an author -- just a prediction. At least if it does happen, you'll know you're in good company. :-} )
