Have read straight through to here, can't read anymore, have to get some work done, but had to review before leaving. It's a very compelling story.
You're a good writer. The frustrations they're feeling with their disabilities, the emotional confusion, it's all laid out there very well for the reader to feel and experience with them. (Though he seems more confused, and more like he's working it through in his head, than she is ... she's a little one-dimensional/one-track with her hatred and distrust until now, but I have a feeling this will change after the almost-drowning incident.)
The almost-drowning itself was done beautifully, very dramatic and frightening, and his coming to the rescue was done well, too ... the "you be my legs, I'll be your eyes" was very emotionally done.
Lastly, and this is the most important thing with me when I read fanfics, is the pacing is right on. You're not unnaturally speeding up any of it, whether it's their budding acceptance of each other, or possible forgiveness of each other, or even their ability to be civil to each other for more than a paragraph. The pacing feels natural and real.
Really well done. Am bummed to have to actually get something done for my paycheck before being able to finish what you've got posted already. Good stuff.

Oooh! This is a very exciting update, and THANK YOU! I quite enjoy this fic, it's compelling to consider these two strong people having to live with disabilities, and you handle writing about it so well. So exciting that Draco's getting some movement back in his legs!

I was bummed for a bit because I thought you'd left the story, so I am thrilled that you came back to it. I didn't find anything confusing and I loved Ginny's attempt at helping them both. I hope Hermione can learn to trust Draco again as she is going to need to lean on him in the near future. Man, you have a GREAT imagination!!!! Thank you. Please do update again VERY soon, okay? Thanks! HG4eva

Another excellent chapter! So, they're all back and OK... I wonder what Remus and Harry have done? I hope Hermione stops lying to herself sometime soon. Ginny is right, and she ought to listen to her. Interested to find out if Draco will walk again. Look forward to the next chapter!
