love the story, can't wait for more, though i must admit i was surprised at the way 'top gun' decided to attack.

I'm really loving the story, but I'd like to see more of Remus and Severus (when they're not in danger of dying) and I'd really like to see Cyrus and Yalmireth mend their friendship. Ashawyn and Cyrus dating no longer squicks me though. :) (this had nothing to do with it being slash, just something about Ash's personality felt slimy the first time I read this) Also, in the chapter in Shelley's Blood Bath, you said Amelia was Bast, but in the Trial you said she was Marinus. I was pleasantly surprised to see another chapter of this story, I thought you had just decided to give up on it or forgotten about. I'm glad it's still going.

Ok, I am totally thanking every deity out there that you have finally updated this story, I have sorely missed it. I swear when I saw that you updated I very nearly hyperventilated and fainted at the same time (it would have been really sad as I would not have been able to read your latest chapter). Moving on though, I must praise your skill as a writer, it has been such a long time since I have found a story that has captured my interest. At this moment unfortunately I have no constructive criticism (I mean this as a good thing) as I am too happy.

Here is to hoping that updates come sooner than later, I really thought something bad had happened to my favourite author (and if something did then I am really sorry and will proceed to shove my foot in my mouth). It's just hard to file a missing persons report with such little information; I was seriously laughed at by a police officer.

This is one of my all time favourite fics. I love how you've used the basic idea from Miranda Flairgold's stories and come up with a unique, well-developed world and culture with an interesting and creative plot. (Of course the first class smut doesn't hurt either) As I'm sure you've noticed, it is incredibly difficult to find well written fanfiction but I come back to re-read yours often. You put a smile on my face and a happy dance ensues whenever you update ( I really enjoy LDandBP as well). Keep up the awesome work.

You know, if you let the people who don't like slash, or sex in fanfiction at all, keep you down, you'll never finish this story; and I really want to see this through to the end. I love the plot, the characters you have made, and slash certainly does not put me off. In fact, they are some of the better stories out there, the slash fics. Keep it up, and put the sex back in. Write it because YOU enjoy it; not because the rest of us expect it. It belongs there if the story flows in that direction. Never hold back what the Muse wants you to write. You'll just get stuck.

I normally follow Bloody Skies on FanFiction but I thought I would leave a review for you here on AFF this time. (Especially since this is the first time I've seen the review link on AFF.)

Another fabulous chapter. Cyrus sure does tread the bleeding edge between overwhelmed and out-of-control. Every time he seems to get an edge (or at least a little slack) it turns out to be just a step up to a higher level of enemy. At this rate, his confrontation with Voldemort will be an anticlimax.

P.S. I just found "Lemon Drops and Blood Pops" recently and all I can say is "More, please!".

pleas update. I was wraped all the way through and I can't wait anymore.

Good story, looking forward to read more. Only hope it gets finished. Be a shame to leave it unfinished with such an original world.

I am beyond being in love with this story. You are such an awesome writer. I've got one more chapter to go before I run out until your next update. I've never read a story that has made me go through so many emotions before. I'm in love with the idea of Severus as a Vampire, its so yummy.
