As hard as it was to read the rape (many friends have been raped, we don't live in the safest place) It was definatly a VERY powerful start. I just wanted to say that before I continue reading, I can tell you I hipe that Harry changes for the better.

Ooh, mini-Sly! Also pleased to see Harry having an actual conversation with Ron rather than just getting all bitter about how he deserted him.

the story is that balance of a dom/sub fantasy and heartbreak. some might object to a submissive snape but i like it, canon or not. some of my favorite kinks are incorporated - bottom!snape, virgin!snape, slave!snape - oh, and pregnant!snape - so i hope you can write also prostitute!snape as well, but i guess that'll be difficult at this point. you story goes well with haagen dasz ice cream so thank you for that :)
