ch 10 - well, Hermione has finally learned that Lucius does have a limit, and she just went over it. I do wish he'd realize that wooing needs to occur on a daily basis, and etiquette lessons at the dinner table aren't enjoyable. Hmm, if his wooing increases, her shrewishness might decrease? C'mon, Lucius! Thank you for the lovely new chapter -- "green legs" is a cute title!

I think you are doing a wonderful job showing how emotionally unaware of each other they really are. Just as in real life, people are so hampered by their own perceptions and expectations of a 'certain' type of person and they do not see what is truly right in front of them and I think that you are giving the reader a nice step by step progression of the relationship. I think as with your other fics, you will have them grow emotionally, but it is not a painless process, whether it is figurative or literal. The dialogue and description really give credence to the true barriers between classes. In your fic, Hermione pokes fun at Lucius, but remains bound by her conventions as well, and each of them believes they are right. I think they are in for a large surprise when they finally realize what is really going on. I also believe that Severus knew exactly what he was doing when he set them up and that Narcissa and Draco were supportive of this as well, but we shall see in the future. Once again, a truly lovely piece of work and as usual, enormously entertaining!

Hey now, for most men any tool they use is an extension--though not necessarily compensation. In Lucius' case, I rather think he doesn't need it. No denying that the Slytherin has a basilisk down his pants... do NOT look that thing in the eye or you will go blind when it spits at you.

That said, I can smell the lemon cream filling from here. And if there's one thing I can count on with any of your stories, it's that Lucius will be getting the butt swatting he so richly deserves at some point. Those finger marks are just a precurser. My inner dominatrix swears he needs a good hiding. Tavington did too though, come to that...

I finally got to read chpts 9 & 10! Love it! I tried to get on to the livejournal website to look at the picture, but it seems to be down tonight. I'll try tomorrow. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Ah, I hope my favorite part of the story isn't about to come to an end. I like it when Hermione baits Lucius, and I think he likes it too. Er . . . very deep down. I can't wait for the next installment and I can't wait to see what Severus and Lucius are up to.

okay that was perfect for a beginning!!!!!!!!!! i so do love what you have done for their first night together! :) well next comes the morning after and i cant wait to see what you have planned! i totally loved lucius' reaction to a) what hermione did b) his reaction to her having been with someone and at the same time him being upset that had ;) c) i love how he responded to her not being wide enough (at least he was honest with her). i love what hermione did on instinct and lucius reaction to it!!!! i cant wait to see how things go from here!!! update soon! :)
