LOL, Lucius didn't even realize that Snape WAS giving him advice, did he! Wonder when it will dawn on him. Hermione is due for some soul searching, I'm thinking. Even though I have a little more sympathy for her than Lucius (just because he has all the answers in front of him but can't see his way to recognizing them). I'm thinking that being spanked as punishment, even if you like it as bedplay, would be tiresome, hurtful and witout trust just another way to distance them. If Lucius doesn't start trying to get close to her without using pain and games, it's going to be a loooooonnnng, angry marriage. :D
