Oh, it made me sad to see Lucius so depressed. However, it did make me a bit happy to see that Hermione was feeling more than a little shity for behaving how she was toward Lu. Hahaha and Severus as a grandfather.. that made me laugh. I would LOVE to see that happen. Keep up the wonderful work Hun. ^_^

ch 25 - I really like your look at the Snapes and Lucius. Not only are Cissa and Severus happy, but they are still friends with Lucius and wish him well; Lucius really is free to be himself... a drunken depressed sot... and Severus is free to tell Lucius to snap out of it. I'm glad Lucius is going home before the two weeks, as there is much to do to fix up things with Hermione. They need to have a more solid marriage before heading into the Hogwarts nest of vipers and those hormonal adolescent girls drooling at Lucius. And the girls' drooling mothers! Thank you for the new chapter!!

Chapter Twenty-Five: Yeeeeeeeeees. *smiles slowly* This is much more to my tastes. It's so very gratifying when people blame themselves for a change, rather than each other. I'm sure that this is indicative of a deeply rooted psychological issue, but there's very little I can do about that. Oh I hope the reconciliation is drawn out, tentative, and wholly unsatisfactory, as I do love it when you leave me frustrated and pining for more. Again, this certainly points to a measure of mental instability on my part. In all seriousness though, LaBib, I like what you've done. Both Lucius and Hermione are primed for a rebirth and I'm quite anxious to see how things will fit together; rather like the way Snape and myse―Narcissa fit together. I know that it will take time and that it will be a process, but at least there is progress. Now, I expect some plottiness is headed our way soon enough? *raises eyebrows expectantly*

Love it! I just wanted to hug Lucius! Hiding out at Severus' like that and its a wonder that Hermione didn't go looking for him their. Looking forward to reading the next chapter!

This chapter was absolutely fantastic. There is so much going on here that it was absolutely wonderful. As a longtime reader and re-reader of your fics, I know you have so more up your sleeve or *cough* hiding in Lucius' hair. I think we are starting to see the spark of understanding, a spark though, nothing more. I cannot wait to see what you are going to do next....maybe some lemons?

OK, I like that look into their psyches, it helps get me past that last chapter where both of them behaved reprehensibly in various fashions. I'm just hoping that they find their middle ground soon.
