ch 35 - hmm, I doubt any students touched Dumbledore like that! I wonder if Lucius and Hermione will get help from Purebloods from other Houses; if the Weasleys are affected, perhaps Hermiione can get info from them. You've got me very curious about all this! Thanks for the new chapter, and I hope Lucius doesn't get students get away with groping him like that. Brazen witch!

Lucius needs a 'touch-me-not' spell or something to keep the girls a few meters away, LOL. Perhaps after their disastrous support during the reign of Voldemort, the Ministry is promoting a revisionist attitude to Purebloods? Or it could simply be a social backlash at what are percieved to be the losers of the war; that's actually historically very common. Now, on to the spanking!

So Hermione is feeling a compulsion as well, eh? She doesn't feel comfortable talking with Lucius about it yet, I see. And she seems to be mending fences in her marriage, which is nice. She's such a smart witch it probably won't take her long. But I was waiting for Hermione to see some student manhandling her husband, YIKES! I can't see that ending well for the student, as Ron's scars from little yellow birds can attest. LOL. It was great to see the update, thank you!

Oh, and wait! If the compusion isn't on the purebloods but is put on the muggleborn or half-bloods... that's coercion equal to the Dark Lord, even worse! If this is magical, they are victims as well. They might be appallled at their behavior when they are feeling normal, and I would think it might even horrify some kids to think they tried to grab their headmaster.

Oh yes! First, I think that whoever, or whatever is causing trouble, is in for a quick demise if Hermione and Draco are going to side with each other. I can't imagine anyone being a match for a complete Malfoy/Granger alliance!
I can just see that look in Lucius' eyes. Damn, it's hot in here!

I take it there is no such concept as assault and battery? Because those girls have way more than crossed the line there. The last scene, where Hermione gives him the brush? That was really lovely in the way that it really seemed to give Lucius some hope in his marriage.

Superior bodyguard here! Where and how does he want me? lol I must say it's quite impressive that you've managed to weave a true mystery in her with all the drama. I find myself wanting to know what's going on, almost as much as he and Severus do. I also wonder why Hermione didn't mention her own growing feelings later in the conversation, no matter how "distracted" she was. Her analytical brain should be putting 2 and 2 together and getting 'something's wrong in the castle". Either that, or she's pregnant. Man, the timing on that couldn't stink any more for them, could it? lol Part of me was happy to know that Draco would be having trouble with his students. Turnabout is fair play after all. He was a little hellraiser in school, so it's only fair that his teaching should be interrupted by the same. Thanks, hon! Loved it, as usual. HG4eva

Honey...I'm home.....and two chapters to comment on. Oh! Poor Narcissa! But as a member of the Black family (and the Malfoys and now Snapes)I thought she may have been able to defend herself a little better. Or not have given in to tears so readily. Still it must have been a shock and very thrilling that three men wanted to come to her rescue. As for Draco, I always found him very immature in canon even though it could be construed that he did have a massive crush on Hermione. Lads do usually want to hurt the ones they like. It's a wonder I survived my school years LOL. He obviously did grow up in the sixth book as you would after being ordered to assassinate someone. He was no match for our 'ermione of course and the concept of her being his stepmother is hilarious.Lucius in star-spangled robes? I should cocoa!!!!Keep him in his dark well cut elegant robes with just a soupcon of silver on the trim. OK...looking forward to the next chapter. Snow's gone here and the Costa del Sol was quite a few degrees warmer ( and wetter!)and as relaxing as ever.I loved it. Best wishes, Love Ali xxxx.
